Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the blast in Manchester that according to them resulted in killing and wounding of about 100, the SITE intelligence group published.
In an attack, which police considers a suspected terror attack at Manchester Arena after the concert of the singer Ariana Grande, 22 people died, including children and 59 are injured, BBC.com reports. The blast occurred when a lone male attacker detonated improvised explosive device. As BBC.com reports, Home Secretary Amber Rudd called the attack “barbaric,” which targeted young people.
On Tuesday, police informed that they arrested a 23-year-old man in South Manchester, in connection with the attack. The United Kingdom Prime minister Teresa May described the bombing as “one of the worst the country has seen.”
