A bomb blast on Saturday in Syria killed and injured dozens of people who traveled into a bus convoy being evacuated from two Shiite villages. The blast happened a day before a deal between warring sides, Reuters reports. Other buses from the convoy began crossing into government-held territory as the deal resumed, Reuters says citing pro-Damascus media. Reuters writes, the blast hit buses in the Rashidin area on Aleppo’s outskirts. “The vehicles had been waiting since Friday to cross from rebel-held territory into the government-controlled city itself. Ambulances later took the wounded to hospital in Aleppo,” Reuters published.
