State Election Commission of Republic of Macedonia continue with hearings and discussions on the complaints submitted by the opposition party SDSM and their coalition partners of the coalition for “Life in Macedonia,” after completing the process for the complaints submitted by Movement BESA.

Video includes part of the atmosphere and discussions inside the State Election Commission offices in Skopje.

The process for remaining complaints is slow, with occasional disputes among the members of the Commission, which are representing parliamentarian political parties in this institution for the election. Until now, the Commission refuted three complaints submitted by opposition SDSM and seven of the Movement BESA, while accepting one of the complaints of this newly formed political party.

Cold winter temperatures forced supporters of VMRO-DPMNE to use makeshift fires to warm outside during the protest in front of the offices of the State Election Commission in Skopje.

In front of the Commission, supporters of VMRO-DPMNE protest the work of the Commission and appeal to the officials in it to refute the complaints and announce, as they said, the victory of VMRO-DPMNE. The legal process does not end with the Commission’s decision, because the political parties can appeal to the Administrative Court. Most of the submitted complaints are considering voting and tabulation of the votes in the Electoral Unit 6, which is in the Tetovo area.

Note: Members of the security inside the offices of State Election Commission did not allow photographing of the administrative members of the local election commission for one of the polling places results questioned by the opposition.
