At least 43 people died and many are injured in an explosion that happened in Quetta, Pakistan, Gul Yousafzai report for Reuters. Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack of a Muslim shrine on Saturday. Hundreds of people attended the rituals when the blast at Shah Noorani shrine happened. The attack, as BBC News video shows, happened in Khuzdar district of Pakistan’s Baluchistan province, where ambulances rush to the scene. Reuters reports, Provincial Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti explained 43 people died. Local district commissioner Hashim Ghalzai said more than 100 are injured. The shrine is in remote parts of Baluchistan province and 60 miles (100 km) north of the port city of Karachi. The province saw some of the worst militant attacks this year.
