UN Human Rights Documented Violation of Humanitarian Law in All Parts of Aleppo

Time: 11:31 p.m. CEST

The United Nations informs about delay to make medical evacuations from Aleppo on Friday during the second 11-hour “humanitarian pause,” declared by Syria’s government and Russia, BBC News informs. Russia will halt the air strikes between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local time (o5:00-16:00 GMT) on Saturday. In that period, civilians and rebels will have to leave the city using safe corridors. On Friday, the U.N. human rights chief Zeid Raad Al Hussein described Aleppo, as a “slaughterhouse,” and that the siege and bombardment of Aleppo’s rebel-held east were among the “crimes of historic proportions.”
