The Federal Bureau of Investigation released its interview with Hillary Clinton on Friday that was conducted early July, the New York Times publishes. The FBI publishes a memorandum, which summarizes the investigation about Clinton’s use of a private email server.
The document summarizing more than three-hour of interview, offers only few pages of the report known in the FBI as a 302 report, the Times publishes. As the Times reports, the materials are probably provided by James B. Comey, the FBI director.
Prior to this release, the FBI decided not to recommend to the Department of Justice charges in the case. The documents were redacted to protect sensitive information, but to offer to the public part of the information. The details in the investigation could do little in the outline of a controversy, the Times says, which first reported the issue of using a private email server in March 2015.
