Democratic National Committee apologizes to Bernie Sanders, his supporters and entire Democratic party over emails of the party published before by WikiLeaks on July 22, before the kickoff of the convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The convention started on Monday with Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who gavels in Democratic National Convention, which opened with embattled party chairwoman and Senator Bernie Sanders’s supporters who booed at the party establishment. On the first night at the Democratic National Convention, the focus, in part will be on issues related to the immigration and substance abuse as some of the speakers will talk on the issue. Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont who participated in the Democratic Primary together with Hillary Clinton will talk on the scene at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Another speaker at the DNC is first lady Michele Obama.
