Representatives of four parliamentarian parties in Macedonia arrived at the U.S. Embassy residence in Skopje for another attempt to find solutions for the remaining issues to solve more than a year-long political crisis in the country. The current U.S. Ambassador in Macedonia Jess Baily hosts this round of talks with the representatives of the political parties at the residence in Skopje’s neighborhood Vodno.
The so-called working groups are negotiating on the scope of the work of the Minister of Interior inside the interim government, as before agreed with last year Przino Agreement. Another issue is the behavior of the media during the pre-election period. Last year on July 15 at the European Union ambassador residence in Skopje in Przino, four political presidents agreed on sets of measures that should have finished with the early elections. Dispite the fulfillment of some of the agreed steps, early elections are postponed.
Members of the media wait across the residence, while members of the civil associations wrote on the street with black colors that “Тhe citizens would solve the crisis.” (Граѓаните ќе ја решат кризата)
