Breaking: EU warns UK on Single Market Access

Time: 2:36 p.m. CEST

BBC News reports, the European Union warns the United Kingdom that access to the EU’s single market requires freedom of movement, European Council President Donald Tusk says. The reaction came during the two-days of the European Council meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday, shortly after the decision on the referendum in UK to leave the European Union. Britain’s Prime minister David Cameron, who resigned, said he would not trigger the Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to begin with the two-years procedure for the exit of the Union.
