ICTY Judges Decided 40 years in Jail for Karadzic

Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has been convicted of genocide and war crimes during the 1992-95 war, and sentenced to 40 years in jail by the United Nations Tribunal in the Hague for Yugoslavia. The U.N. judges decided he is guilty of 10 of 11 charges, including the genocide at the Srebrenica massacre in 1995. Karadzic, 70 is among the senior political and military members judged for their involvement in the wars in Bosnia.
